i hear in europe rockchucks are so prized that only one can be killed during a hunt and in some case these are mounted as trophies. Is this for real?? it's just a varmint.

I think they call them rock Marmots. I know over there they have Alpine Marmots which are found only in Europe in the Alps, northern Apennines in Italy, Carpathians, Tatra, and reintroduced in the Pyrenees and Bobak Marmots.
