10 ga. brass shotgun cases and 10ga. black powder loads
« on: August 08, 2009, 11:57:45 AM »
anyone know of a source for these?

i've seen the magtech cases for 12 ga. and smaller , but no listings for 10 ga.

i've been cutting down 3 1/2" plastic hulls but i'd love to have some brass cases.

i was recently told that a company called RST Ltd. sells black powder safe 10 ga. loads in plastic hulls cut down to correct length. info from there website doesn't say  the loads are black powder . anyone ever used them or heard anything about them ?

You might try Rocky Mountain Cartridge LLC.

Sorry for the necro posting:
TOW recently introduced some brass 10 gauge hulls and has all the fixins to load them.Don't know make make them but  since they look like MagTech brass and take LPP im guessing MagTech brass.

They were Parker Brothers.
tacklebury,
Were these actually made by Parker Brothers or did they just have the Parker Brothers head stamped put on them? I ordered some and got them but sent them back and ordered some from Rocky Mountain Cartridge which are higher quality and with shooting a 10 gauge wanted to be able to shoot decent loads instead of worrying about case integrity. Naturally RMC`s are a little more expensive!

Track's ad stated they were Parker Bros.  I don't need them, but was just letting him know.  ;)  I really want to get some RMC's also, but seems like there is always something else to spend money on.  I don't shotgun very much anyway.
