UltraLight accuracy potential

Anybody have an idea what is realistic expectation for accuracy from a .223 UL? Maybe some of you have been down this road already and can tell me how it went? My barrel has factory sights, I hope I'm not confusing it with the Youth model. It's a synthetic stock. Also, by the way, this is a very nice forum, I'm glad I found it. I have another .223 standard barrel wood stock, it's a dog. I got the lightweight for a trail gun, it's so easy to carry. 150 yd. ground squirrel accuracy would be plenty good enough for me, maybe some cast bullets too. Thanks guys.

Welcome!! The Superlight 223 can be very accurate as long as you don't let the barrel get too warm, keep it cool and it'll shoot just fine. You need to do some reading in the FAQs and Help sticky, you can get your standard barrel 223 shooting good too, the 223 Handi is one of the most accurate and popular chamberings they offer, you just need to learn how to make it shoot good, do yourself a favor and start with the Handi Basics 101 sticky, little things like oil in the wrong place and not pulling the trigger all the way to the rear can throw accuracy out the window.
