who makes an adapter for the Swiss cleaning kits

The surplus Swiss militiary rifle cleaning kits are extremely handy, but they're metric threaded.
Who makes a thread adapter, that will allow use of standard US threaded brushes?
Thanks.

If I may jump in here with a question also............And where would you find an adapter for the M38 or M96 Swedish Mauser cleaning rod as well?

Seems like a waste having that shorty rod without an adapter for American threads.

CheaperThanDirt had the Swiss cleaning kits and the adaptors but I don't know if the Swedish rods will work.  The Swedes use an extension in their cleaning kit to lengthen the cleaning rod..  They should be available from some of the surplus distributors..

Apparently Cheaper than Dirt no longer has the adapters.
