AR Cleaning tool
« on: August 18, 2009, 09:41:00 AM »
I've seen a I should say fairly new tool for the bolt and bolt carrier cleaning for a AR. I lost the name and the website for it do to my last computer diing on me. It in a way kinda looks like a small two pronged fork, which it's design was to fit around and clean the back end of the bolt itself. and the handle of it was to clean the inside of the bolt carrier. I'd like to get my hands on one and try it but lost the info on the name and the sight to get it. I was wondering if anyone knew what I was talking about and the naame and the sight to buy one. they went for I think 34.99. Any help would be great. Thanks

Sounds like something MIDWAY USA sells. I got my AR cleaning tools from them.

I got one of the catm4 tools in and I have to say it works pretty slick makes cleaning the bolt a breeze. It is a bit pricey but it does work quite well I reccomend giving them a look.
