Are "youth" and full size stocks interchangeable?

I saw a barely used pardner for a good price the other day, but its a youth model.  I was wondering if I were to buy the full size synthetic stock and forearm from choate...would they be interchangeable with the youth model furniture?  (do the holes line up the same, etc.)

Yup, SB1, SB2 and SS1 frames are all the same dimensions regardless of youth or adult models, ALL modern H&R single shot stocks will fit ALL of their single shot firearms with the exception of some shotgun forends.
