Leupold customer service

Two weeks ago I sent two older Vari-X III rifle scopes back to Leupold to get new reticles installed. One was a 6 1/2-20 and the other was a 4 1/2-14. I wanted the varmint hunter reticles in them. Cost $110 per scope including return shipping. I got the scopes back today with the work completed and they are perfect. Two weeks from when I sent them to when I got them back. That turn around time is more than impressive to me. To the range tomorrow to re-zero and hopefully some prairie dog shooting soon after...

I'm fortunate in living 10 min away from the Leupold factory. Mostly I've had parallax changes (for small game and vicie vercie) and a small repair of a ding in an objective bell. Their walk-in service is great, nice folks, give you the impression they enjoy working there.

I have dealt with them for years, NEVER any kind of problem, there customer service is second to none. Leupold is my all time favorite scope, they are great!!

My experience has been the same. 2 week turn around for change of reticle plus checked scope, adjusted tracking.

Customer service is second to none, but whats even better iare the products they offer.
