I guess I have enough to say I have a collection starting.

Just aquired one receiver with two synthetic stocks & the following barrels:

.410 3" full,
20ga. 3" mod,
12ga. 3" mod,
.223 bull with 3-9x40,
.243 with 4x32, &
45-70.

already had

20ga 3" mod,
10ga. 3 1/2" full,
.270 3-12x50,
30-30.

guess that's 10 sounds like a start to me.

I have;

1 223 bull barrel, great shooter. has killed piles of pigs

1 12 gauge bull rifled barrel slug gun, kicks like 2 mules and very accurate

1 30-06 bull barrel, have not shot enough to find a good load

1 Wesson and Harrington 45-70 buffalo rifle, bought it because it was pretty

1 25-06 that I am having a heck of a time finding a real accurate hunting load in the 100 to 120 grain. ANY HELP would be appreciated

Yes it is a shooter! Wood is in very good condition. barrel and receiver are what you would expect from a 70 year old gun. no pitting in the bore, and just the tiniest bit of side to side play when closed. I'm using the antlers from a basket rack 8 point from a few years ago to make a gun rack for it.

Hey Guys, I think I am back… AGAIN. Things went bad, BUT am on the upswing now, going to be more careful. Have been online once and awhile, but not for very long. Mostly just reading, sure miss you guys. But enough of this soft stuff.

Been editing my spreadsheet data, had some of you guys in it twice! Fixed everything, it didn’t change the data too much. Sorry about that.

(wayne24) the 45 Colt is becoming one of my favs to shoot, especially with the hard cast. Think I will get another one to make it a 454 Casull.

(xd shooter) I use the XD 45 as my “Truck Concealed” gun, funny since I am have been a revolver guy all my life. Shot a friends XD and I just had to have one.

(streak) 3 308’s at a time! You might be getting the disease really bad, or was it just a flare-up?

(Hofs01) my kind of guy… very organized list.

(jlwilliams) you may be right… all Handi Owners seem to find their way here.

I am also glad you are feeling better.I like my little 45 colt but I already have bought a bag of 454 brass .It won't be long before it is reamed to A 454,I am just trying to decide which one of my 44 mags is going to get reamed to 445 supermag and then I can rent both reamers at one time.

you can also and a 308 handi to the list .Just picked it up a few weeks ago and forgot to post it here.

(wayne24) I trim the 454 Casull brass to 45 Colt length to use stouter loads. Just to be safe as the 454 Casull brass may be stronger.

I was doing some photography for an article this morning and set up in the back yard with my HR/NEF rifles.

Left to right:

1. .410 Partner shotgun
2. .45-70 Hunter model. WGRS peep sight
3. .30-30 Hunter w/ old Tasco 3X9
4. .308 Ultra Hunter w/3X9 Simmons Whitetail
5. .223 Ultra Hunter w/ 6X18 Swift Premium Mil-Dot

I've still got to do some range work with the .30-30 and the .223. Maybe next week.

It shoots pretty good, although I haven't done any specific load development for it. Using my standard .308 load (Reloder 15 and 168 Gameking), it shoots into about 1.5 inches at 100 yards. I could probably find a load that "stacks 'em", but I've got a lot of things on my plate right now. For now, it shoots good enough
