Excellent group!  I have also gotten good results with my 8mm mauser w/200 grain speers and WIN 760.  What rifle did you use to shoot the group?

I used to shoot a bunch of the surplus 4895. Since Jeff Bartlet has run out of stock I have not found it anywhere.
I just looked at Widners website and see no benifit to buying surplus powder, the price is noticeably higher than what Jeff used to sell it for. I am seeing IMR 4895 locally for $130 per #8

I usually use H4895, but have not found a source of any of it or IMR4895 since you know who got elected. But still, 20 bucks cheaper is 20 bucks cheaper, and it seems to work just as well as the IMR.

Plus I emailed Jeff once and he said his surplus 4895 was NOT the same as IMR or Hodgdon. This stuff is supposed to be equivalent of the IMR.
