You don't need a "crimp" on brass cases. I just glue an overshot card on top of the shot column and seal it with glue. I sorta roll the mouth of the case on a hard surface to "round over" the mouth of the case to make it chamber easily.
Fletching glue works great. You can get it at any archery supply. Any water proof wood glue works ok too, just takes a while to dry.
