Just found the New York forum

 Joined GBO back in may. just checked out this forum. want to say hi to the other N.Y. hunters. I'm from newfield which is just south of Ithaca. Some friends and I have a camp up in Turin, we go up every year for the early ML season and again a couple weeks later for rifle hunting!

Welcome aboard!  Where is Turin?  I love early B/P season as well & have a camp near Tupper Lake.  I use early bear season to do my serious scouting so I'll soon be on patrol.  I also have hunting friends with property near Hague by Lake George, & Mountain View in Franklin county.

 Pick up 26 north in rome and follow that for about 40 minutes. Its west of booneville.

I just found this myself.....I live and hunt around Carthage and out of a camp in Herkimer County.
