my next vacation

I'm going to travel to Lockhart Texas and eat nothing but barbecue until I get sick and tired of it. then I'll go home.

I have a big smoker and have cooked a lot of briskets, ribs  and home made links but I keep hearing about Lockhart and seeing it on the travel channel.
they have a few smoke house type restaurants that have been in business for ever and some of the family spin offs too.

   John,I've eaten at those places in Lockhart many,many times since I live in Corpus Christi. You won't be disappointed.  Kix
