Most of ya'll eat a bit heavier than we do around here. I had the other three biscuits from the pack of five canned biscuits and three small sausage patties from Hormel I think it was. We usually split a pack of five canned biscuits three for me and two for Faye with either sausage or ham and cheese on them during the week and on Saturday. On Sunday we eat a family meal so normally cook up a ten pack with me getting four and Faye and Phil each getting three biscuits. What we have with them on Sunday varies week to week. Unlike Faye and Phil I don't drink tea so washed mine down with a cup of coffee.

Before we ate I fired up the smoker and have a couple of boneless pork roasts smoking for supper.

I had an Allsup's burrito ( they are small) and a diet coke while heading heading down the road. I haven't had over one biscuit at a time for breakfast this year and I still need to lose a little weight. I don't eat all that much for dinner and supper either. I don't see how ya'll get by with it.

Hey we're just up from the table proving for the second time today we'd not make good muzlims. Sausage for breakfast and just finished a meal of smoked pork roast hot off the smoker. We had fresh garden grown tomatoes to go with it and I had some peppers I raised as well. Toss in some smashed taters and wash it all down. Let's see O eat a meal or three like that and we'd be better able to believe he isn't what we all know he is.

Nothing better than fresh graden tomatoes. It won't be long before they are done for this year. I love bacon, tomato on toast, or just tomato on toast. Another way is cut up tomatos and onion with vinager and oil on them. After garden tomatoes are done I very rarely by tomatoes at the store. The texture of them more resembles an apple than a tomato, and they are tasteless compared to a garden tomato.

Since my surgery my wife and I don't eat like we used to.  Took care of that Sunday Morning with having 7 neighbors in for late breakfast after early church.  Chicken fried steak you can cut with a fork, hot biscuits and gravy, crunchy home fries, eggs to order, hot coffee, fresh cider, milk, hot tea and hot choclate all from scratch.  Added in fresh sliced garden tomatoes, then cantalope and water melon cubed up and marinated in whip cream and orange juice.  I was raised in a restraunt and love to cook, my breakfast was yogurt and crackers due to gastric bypass.  This morning I made sourdough french toast for my wife and my sausage for both of us.  Shooting is OK but what I love best after my wife and family is cooking and sharing good food and conversation at the table.
