Okay, I'll fess up; I listened to at least some of Osama's health-care reform speech and have to say that what he said wasn't so terrible, but it was pie in the sky at best.  Maybe he knows what he is saying is a pipe dream and maybe he doesn't, so either he is a fool, or a liar.  My best appraisal is that he is both.
