Indiana deer hunting ???

Has anyone heard anything about the Hunters Helping Farmers program?  I thought they would start calling perspective deer hunters starting Sep 1st.  I haven't heard a thing yet.  Have you?

They started that program here in Ohio this year.  They say it would take awhile for it to catch on.
I haven't had a reply either.
