Looks like Remington could hire one person of at least average intelligence to follow customer service and this thread and assign rep numbers to each customer service rep and they would get this C**P straight. I own  lot of long guns and Remington is by far the most prominent. I don't want to quit Remington, I want them to get thier S**T straight. It scares me that the largest firearms MFG in the US seems to be run by an Indian or Philipino answering service. they will tell a customer anything because no one is holding customer service accountable. There is no fixing this if this corporation isn't concerned. Time is well past for someone to step up and be accountable for Remington. What the heck is going on?

I just called H&R, they only show the same two 20ga forends I see in the 2008 parts list, the walnut and the leafy camo waterfowl #S02587 which I don't have a clue as to what it is, they don't have the R01182 that's on the 2007 parts list. I asked for a forend to fit the two 20ga Ultra Slug Hunter Deluxe shotguns they sell, but they don't have any other 20ga forends other than those two. They sell no camo laminated rifle, so list no camo laminated forend for a rifle any more, the only camo laminate they list is for the 12ga USHD, so it looks like we may be SOL in getting a forend to match the camo lam t-hole stocks unless you get one from GSI. The S02587 may just be named oddly and be the camo lam, but I'm not going to order one for $40+ to find out, someone else that needs a forend for their butt stock might try it tho.

Mine came in this afternoon. Part number fs02587. The best I can tell, its perfect. FRND BULL CAMO FIN is the product description, for what it's worth. The salesman referred to as leafy camo, but seemed a little confused as to why it was labeled as such. By the way, this is the checkered forend. Hope it helps.
