About a year ago my Encore started acting crazy. I fought it until the buttstock became loose enough that it was moving and then I found the problem. I tightened it as tight as I thought I should (did not want to split the wood). Last weekend my groups started getting goofy again, checked the stock tonight and tightened the buttstock screw about 3/4 turn. I must say I tightened the crud out of it tonight. The lockwasher is on the bolt.
Has anyone else had this problem? I guess I need to start checking it every few months.
