Powder Vials Question
« on: September 26, 2009, 04:20:03 AM »
I use plastic powder vials for my pre-measured loads with Blackhorn 209. I have noticed that when loading my rifle all of the powder does not come out of the vials without some tapping to make it fall into the barrel. My hunting partner says that is because of static electricity. Doe anyone else have this problem and is it dangerous? Also can it be eliminated somehow?

Any help will be appreciated.

It wont hurt anything.  Some say to use a dryer sheet and rub the inside of the tube to remove the static.

I will try that dryer sheet. That's what I have, a TC U-view measure and tubes I got from Lane.

Thanks guys!
