Just got thru reading a news story on Fox, an Honour student got beaten to death with a 2x4. Seems there was a drive by shooting, nobody hit, but the natives had to take it out on someone. So they had a riot, and beat a student that was trying to avoid the melee. Glad to see the intelligence level is so high in the inner city. gypsyman

A federal judge just said that a person can sue the city of SF because they are a "safe Heaven" for the illegals.
and one of the illegals in a gang killed a woman's family.
Now my question is can people go after a city or state for damages for not allowing a CCW?

should have a lawer send a letter on their behalf

stating  they want to be armed  but can't

and  they  intend  to hold the law makers liable if any thing happens to them

The decision by the US Supreme Court to look at the Chicago ban on handguns will be a battle between the Obama White House and the NRA.  Even though the Court has pointedly avoided the NRA appeal of the ban there is no question that Obama and the White House have drawn a line in the sand over Chicago gun rights.  I will send a check to the NRA.  I have no choice about having to send money to the White House.

If every person threatened by the governing body would address each member of the governing body individually and as a group with threat of concequinces if that person is dammaged.If enough people would do it, it might get thier attention even if it didn't establish any real grounds for a suit. The numbers alone might make them hesitate. They would know people were holding them personally responsible. It would create a veiled threat that would make them think twice. If people would just act and state thier case.

The people that are harmed will be harmed by criminals not by legal CCW holders. The CCW holder, a legal gun owner would be  likely to help the victims of the thugs not cause trouble.

When the term of chicago gun control is used it is misleading.I wouldn't mind their stance on gun control if they would keep it in their city limits, and pay for it theirselves.Chicago learned a long time ago that their politicans can pass any legislation that they want and the rest of the state will foot the bill.The problem is that the rest of the state is also subjected to the goofy laws that they pass.To say that the chicago area has some very corrupt indiviguals is an understatement.Why do you think that so many Illinois politicans are in prison or have been in prison?Do you possibly think that it is because that most of them originated from the chicago area.

Will  these same liberal dolts be escorted to the area by police, Secret Service, FBI, or some other armed force?
I think they should be at the Mercy of these punks like everyone else in Chicago.
Also clearly gun laws are working.  the criminals are using other weapons just like they have in every other coulture that has outlawed guns.
The best way to fight crime is to allow people to arm themselves and the criminals not know who is armed.
