There' one out there!

My hunting buddy got him a trail camara; at a garage sale of course.   ::)   That boy so tight he squeeks...   :-\

Anyway, he put it facing out from his stand and got this picture.  BTW, the date is a month off.

For our area in south Jawja that's a pretty good deer.

That would be a pretty nice buck around here also Richard. Matt is selling game cams at almost half price and has a lot of them from $40 to $175 in price. Those $40 cameras are a real buy. My friend Barry up in PA has one of them a Moultrie D40 that he likes even better than his I40.

I don't know what brand his is but I know he paid $50 for it and it's a basic camera.  And now that I think about it he bought it on sale somewhere.  I'd like to get a couple myself but the farm is 240 miles away from me and that makes it a little hard to check them...  :-\

Nice deer all right.  Unfortunately he hasn't been seen since the season opened.   :(  We have some pictures of another, slightly bigger according to my hunting buddy, buck on the farm.

These trail cameras are great fun!  I'm just amazed about the number of deer we have and never see!   :o

 They don't get to be big ol' deer by being dumb, and I swear deer have a 6th sense about when it's hunting season. Our shotgun seasons opens Saturday and I'll bet I wont see half the deer I saw today!
