Since small businesses are employing the majority of people it would make them a prime target for anyone that wishes to destroy the present system. Now who wants that, Hmmm !!

it would depend on how small the business is . Many don't offer health care some so small they don't have to pay overtime . If hc passes and all have to have it many will elect to go with the Govt. stuff . That due to cost will drive all companies that have to compete with them to do the same . That is why many who work for SB that do offer hc are opposed to the bill and "O"

It sounds like there are many factors in addition to HC that are also going to hurt SB too. I'm trying to find out more about the term "capital strike" referenced in the link. It sounds like a loose reference to SB witholding capital from the general economy for fear of losing it to government. Personally, I'm all for it.
