What is the best frame to get?

If one wants to use one frame for ALL the rifle calibers,what frame should that person buy?Or are they all the same if you start out with say,a new .22/250 or .30/30?

A 2000(NP or HP prefix) or later SB2, H&R will fit any barrel to it except the 10ga based barrels and rimfires.
