AB962 was signed into law, does it affect reloading components?

 Arnold signed a gun control bill into law, people can not buy more than 50rds per month, nor can they buy ammunition via internet sales.

 Does this new law affect reloading components too?

Well, with normal Calif. political logic I suppose it's self evident that those who shoot a few hundred round each month are crooks; guess they had to put a STOP to that!   GAG.
