I agree with the recommendation for Paul Mathews' book "The Paper Jacket".

If you have trouble finding the site, it is the RCE Co. swaging site.

BTW - be aware that Mathews wrote an earlier paper patching book entitled "The Practical Paper Patched Bullet".  But later, he mentioned somewhere that there was some erroneous info in it.  "The Paper jacket" is the one to get.
