I have a few scopes that have Adjustable Objectives. Actually, I believe that the scopes that have the AOs are those that have magnifications of 10x or more. I know (or I think I know) that the AOs are there for reasons related to parallax.
In any event, since most of my shooting is at 100 yards, I leave the AO on 100. However, one day I took a shot at the range at 100 yards but placed the AO at 300 yards. Guess what? Nothing different happened.
Do any of you use your AOs? Have you found this feature to be practical?
