Problem w/ 460 S&W Encore

I have it in a pistol. I started to notice that the walnut grip is starting to split underneath by the trigger guard. I'm thinking it's from the recoil. I only shot it maybe 20 rnds of 454 and 12 rnds of 460. Anybody have this also? I'm not sure if TC arms has any kind of warranty. I tried to e-mail them yesterday. I e-mailed them a little while ago about something different and they never got back to me. Any info appreciated. Thanks

If you return the grip to them with a letter of explanation, I have no doubt they'll replace it as long as it's a T/C grip. I had an Encore forend that a little part broke off of and T/C replaced it with a new one without a whimper.
