I'm really sorry to hear that but let me tell you a story about GOOD service from Taurus
I bought a used 608 (never researched the age and year of manufacture, it looked used and neglected though) anyways I noticed that when using some H-110 toploads that the cylinder pin would not lock up correctly (viscious recoil would make it glitch) and that would stop it from rotating. I had to open the cylinder and rotate it by hand to get it going again. Strange enough and probably easily fixed by them, although not their problem because I shot reloads through a used gun.... but I took apart the cylinder assembly and "jumped a thread" putting the ejector rod back into the extractor rod.... needless to say I had to go full-on retard and keep wrenching on it.. and broke that off. Long story short, I called them up, a very nice woman told me to send it in with a note saying what I did. She even said they'd fix it for free. They did, I saw slight vice marks on it but it was cleaned up and working again when I got it back. All I had to do was pay shipping to send it to the Florida location and they sent it back fixed with no bill. I've been putting those 21.4 grs H-110 w/ 125grs bullets of various types through it and nothing has gone wrong yet. I also put how bad I messed up and that I am a 'tard on the note.. maybe it got me some sympathy, or they didn't want me messing with it and wanted to actually get it working before I ended up destroying it. Either way they pitied me. Good people. Also try maxfire speedloaders when you get it back working.
