Loose hinge pin

I just got my NIB Encore frame yesterday and the barrel hinge pin simply falls out of it.  Is this normal for Encores until I put the barrel on or should I get a Bellm oversized hinge pin?  Graybeard, I already know what you think of the oversized pin, I"m just wondering if this loose one is normal.

Nope, now that I moved to Iowa I can't use my "06 for deer anymore, so I'm hooking up with a .454 Casull, hopefully to be soon followed by a 209X50 and a .20 caliber 16 1/4" pistol barrel.
