that fishook gun looks just like something i have for pulling down limbs in tree work.. it doubled as one heck ofa tool for defence if you were too outsized..mine had hand grips .. slam it into a big ole suckers arm an start snatching..pretty soon he would probably be outa the fight wanting to get loose.. snatch somemore..
really i never had occasion to use it..it was just there if i was just plain overmatched..that seldom happen ..
i had enough sense to steer it another direction in that situation,,an i didn t look easy ,so they went along with it..
the days of pride ..learned a lot sense then. slim

If you ever get down to northeast Oklahoma stop by the JM Davis Gun Museum in Claremore.
They've got all kinds of oddball stuff along with lot's of really nice stuff.
If memory serves me correctly admission is free also.
While in town stop by the Will Rogers museum also.
As long as your in that part of the state take a side trip up to Bartlesville to Woolaroc museum.
It's a collection of stuff that Frank Phillips, of Phillips petroleum fame, gathered over the years .
One fine collection of colt firearms there, said to be the finest collection around.
