More ML questions

I've got some more ML questions.  I have a xs T rod ordered.  Does it have threads on the end?  I looked at the Knight T-rod but it wasn't threaded on the end.  I thought the factory Knight rod was junk.  I managed to pull the brass ends out of the rod the first day.  What is the best range rod?

Patches.  Any differences in patches?  I was using T/C patches and managed to stick a few.  I had to clamp the rod and really pull to get the patch out.  These were dry patches.  I first ran spit patches down the bore without a problem but the drying patches stuck.  I  solved the problem by running a brush down the bore and that helped 100%.  No crud ring like on T/C ML's that I have shot though.

BTW, this was the first time out with the new Knight.  I only used T/C 240 XTP's and T7.  I mainly was sighting in but groups ran around 2.5".  Hopefully I can get smaller groups.  The trigger is very heavy compared to all my other guns.  Any suggestions on Knight triggers?  I looked at it and there doesn't seem to be much to them.  There is an adjustment screw and the sear/trigger look like it would be easy to remove to polish.

The Knight "Power Rod" is made by XS Sights, they are the one and the same.

What Knight rifle do you have?

If you saved the brass ends you pulled out, you can make a nice ramrod. Buy a hickory ramrod blank from Dixie. They are cheap. Use JB Weld to attach the factory ends to your new ramrod.
I bought a Savage. They come with a crappy ramrod, but real nice brass jags [ends].  I put them on a hickory blank and have a real nice ramrod now.
Aim small don't miss.
