Saving tigers?
« on: October 23, 2009, 04:07:32 AM »
If these species are becoming extinct in their native lands, why don't they just do what was done in Africa: Open it to sport hunting and photo safaris? Give the critters value and they'll survive just like the rhinos and American bison. Keep them worthless to everybody except poachers and they're doomed.

Today, it is estimated that there are more tigers as pets than there are in the wild.

World wide Zoos and Game Parks have became the Breeding colonies for many animals whose numbers are down in the wild.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
