Great to see Kansas forum on GB

I have been waiting for this for years.  I had posted on hunting partners, but got no response.
I live in Hiawatha, Ks. and hunt and fish quite a lot as I am lucky to have a lot of time on my hands.
Am currently knocking the bass and crappie dead in local farm ponds.  I am gearing up for coyote hunting as they are thick around here and kill lots of deer and calves.  Every night they howl just outside of town.
Anyway love to hear from rest of you Kansas guys.

Same goes for me, now just let all your friends know... I hope and wish you great things with them song dogs. I stick everyone I get the chance to, but it makes for high dollar dogs anywhere from 14 to 20 bucks and arrow/broad head.

It would be "even greater" if the folks who put their name down saying they would use it would live up to their word and actually do it. I'm beginning to believe there is no way I can get an honest evaluation of potential use of these new forums. It was clear polls wasn't working as folks voted just to help some guy get a forum they had no personal use for. Now it seems folks are even willing to make a post saying they will when they have no such intentions.

I think that only one of the last half dozen or more new forums opened have gotten even remotely the interest the folks asking for them and voting on them gave reason to believe should occur.

Sorry for having an elk hunting trip planned for over a year and a half and not being able to post anything. And maybe the other people that said they would use it don't care for the topics so far, so they haven't posted anything yet.

Wish I had lots of elk meat to spread around but we (dad, grandpa, and I) only brought home a side of elk. Another guy in our camp shot one and said he couldn't use it all so he gave us a side. And it should be here in about 2 weeks. I can't wait.
