Loading manual for 204?
« on: October 25, 2009, 02:27:28 PM »
I bought a press in the classifieds, and the nice gentleman I bought it from, sent me a shooter program with it. It has all the powder manuf. loads for about everything but the 204, which I need. What would be a frugle, well cheap ;D , book to get for the 204. Thanks, Don

There are some powder manufacturer and bullet manufacturer loads at this link:

http://www.204ruger.com/204_data.php

Hornady 7th Edition and Lyman 49th Edition have .204 Ruger load data from what I've heard. I've yet to buy either one, so I can't verify that.
The Hornady 6th Edition and Lyman 47th and 48th Editions that I have do not have any .204 Ruger load data.

Some real good data here specifically for the 204. Basically gathered up from the 204 ruger web sight and rolled up into one easy document.

You won't get more frugal than free!!  ;D You need at least one good manual tho, the Lyman is a good one, so is the Lee 2nd.
