It s true that there is a Blair Holt bill, H. R. 45.  US Rep. Bobby Rush submits this bill every year:  This is the first time it has been called Blair Holt.    It is also true that H. R. 45 has no co-sponsors and it will go nowhere.  Former Black Panther Rush is so far out that he even scares the liberal Democrats:  None of them want their names associated with his bill.

Naw that wouldn't work. It discriminates against those too lazy to work.
