Do all 9mm US military cases have the NATO cross on the head?

Do Federal cases with FC on the head have crimped primers and are they military?

1) Not always , as many different companies make ammo for the US Mil.

2) Not always , I have found a bunch of FC cases over the last couple years that did NOT have crimped primer pockets .

3) Maybe , most Mil Spec ammo will have a crimped primer but not always , depends on who made it .
