THE GBO FORUMS WILL GO DOWN TONIGHT FOR A SOFTWARE UPGRADE. FORUMS WILL BE DOWN FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.

I plan to take the site down around midnight CST and should be able to have it back up by 1am CST.

We are several versions behind on the software so I want to get it up to date and add in the new version of the mods we run on it.

No new features are planned for the upgrade... and only a minor change to the default theme template is planned to get GB off my case...

Since the upgrade I can not log on using AOL.
It says--
You were unable to login. Please check your cookie settings.
Where are they and what do I do with them?

I am on FIREFOX right now, which I do not like.

Help me out here MATT!---or anyone, PLEASE!!!

I have AO from L too and I had to "Clear My Footprints" in the AOL Settings group of the Internet [WEB] Options which included clearing:
Browser History
Cookies
Browser Cache
Blocked Popup List

Seem to have cleared up the problems I was having with the GBO website.

I can figure it out on my own computer. I don't know if I can help you or not but for anyone to be able to help you we would need to know what your operating system is. What I mean by that is is it Vista, Windows home, Windows office? They are all different when you have to fix things like this. Dale

I think AOL uses a modified IE browser which cookies would be in Tools> Internet Options> Privacy >Advanced. After you choose the cookie settings you want, click Ok there, hit the sites button and add gboreloaded.com to the address of site field, then click allow and Ok.

Concerning Firefox, I tried 3.5 and didn't like it either, I downloaded 2.0 and am real happy with it.
