I'd love to take more pictures of cannon and firearms, but I'm usually too busy shooting them!

DD, I didn't read the link, but my tip for anyone using a digital camera is to keep every possible setting on "automatic."   The camera can figure out exactly what aperature to use, speed, color temperature (very important!), perfect focus, etc. etc., stuff that'd make my head hurt if I tried to figger it out myself.

Your are so correct John.  Very good advice.

Two problems with Gary's camera, one it has been set on SHQ and two he some times tries operate it without his wife around to Monitor him.
