Unknown Wad?

I was given a large trunk of shot shell wads.  I am having trouble identifying one of the bags of wads.  It is a clear plastic bag labeled 20 ga X10.  I would like to use them, but I have now idea who manufactured them or what hull/data to use.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer of an X10 20ga wad is?
