This is what it's all about

I took my 7 year old boy to the range yesterday to shoot the Versa Pack. We stuck with the .22 barrel as he's a little shy about shooting the .410 still. He was plinking cans 20 yards away and having fun. I shot a few different 45 Colt hunting loads but I had more fun watching him.

Enjoy it to the max, soon he will be moving up. It won't last long.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

Definitely, my daughters are getting older and never want to go shooting with me any more. I enjoy every minute of this and I'm glad he likes to go with me.

My wife started Sky shooting when he was 5. We really enjoyed him going out with us. Then he started shooting with 4-H, even more fun. Right up till he started college. Now he no longer has the time, too busy studying or going out with friends.

It's amazing how fast they grow up. I try to soak up every minute of it.
