If anything useful comes out of that and is actually used to keep people like him out of the military and any other sensitive position or even better keeping similar individuals outright out of the country* I could wait a bit for the rope dance.

So what is that he is a natural born US Citizen and no matter how heinious the crime he is still entitled to the same rights as any other American Citizen and all due process of the law.

That he is guilty there is no doubt. I'm not one who thinks there should be all the exceptions we have today. If ya do the crime then do the time. None of the PC exceptions should be allowed.
