I heard on the radio, if the health care bill passes like the House bill, that about 45% of American doctors may take early retirement.  Hopefully the senate can clean up some of the "manditory" provisions, and allow more freedom of choice.

That doesn't seem plausible, given normal age distributions, but I could see 15% taking an early retirement. In any case it will happen to some degree.
