H&R says Pardners can't be fitted with rifle barrels......but, could I do it myself?  Like the 357?

The receiver is case hardened....do they just not fit?

H&R says the pardner is SB1......Bud's says the 357 is SB1.  is this right?

H&R will fit a 357 or 44 mag to Pardner frames made 1987 or newer.
Yes you could fit a 357 to your frame. People do it all the time.

No, it means they never updated the website when they started fitting 357 and 44 mag barrels to SB1 frames.  ::) There are SB2 Pardners, but they're 10ga barrels on SB2 shotgun frames which can't be fitted with rifle barrels.
