to each his own i really do believe that....yet for the life of me i have read and watched everything i could get my hands and eyes on about 911. i have yet to find hear or see anything that even remotely convince me that "BUSH DONE IT".

it seems unbelievable to me that you could be serious.

So okay valid point Matt. BTW: I'm not defending Bush or anyone, I'm just not convinced at least yet. So let’s suppose he simply misspoke for a minute. Bush was notorious for mixing up words. What if you replace the word "saw" with the word "heard", this all means nothing. Is possible this was just another Bush mis-speak?

I see where you are coming from with that but the problem is not only did he say it once but three times that I have found on record. Each time he varied what he said as to the pilot, once a "terrible pilot", once a "lousy pilot" and once a "bad pilot" but all three times his story as to "seeing" the first plane hit then being whisked off remained unchanged.

Look had this happen while clinton was in office every one of you would screaming at the top of your lungs that he had a hand in it. The only reason you are not is because there is an "R" in front of bush's name and you voted for him so there is no way it could be true... Wake up guys before it is to late... R or D means nothing they all share the same masters no matter who you put in charge.

Now I am not saying bush was the master mind.... in any way... but he knew it was going to happen and did nothing... and as such anyone that knew about it and did nothing is a traitor to this country... why is that so hard to understand?

Cabin I agree bush is not the silver tongue devil we have now, but he knew damn well what he was saying when he said it... he just did not think anyone would call him on it. I am sure to him it was the truth "he was watching on CCTV" so he did see the first plane. Also please note that he kept telling this same story for almost a year after it happen. It was not until the 911 truth movement started asking questions that he clammed up and would not say anything else about it... other than ... "it’s just politics"... and let us not forget that right from the start (912) bush was calling on us not to believe any conspiracy theories about 911... But there wasn’t any yet that I am aware of.

Let’s not forget building 7 which was "pulled" or taken down later that afternoon. Defend that administration all you want but the fact is the are just as corrupt as the one before and after them... they are all corrupt but those that follow them just can’t see it... but amazingly they can see it in the other side... oh well... I hope that there are members here on GBO that have had their eyes open to the way of "politics" and see what the politian’s are doing to us... and pray more of you do before it is too late.

Just for the record Matt, I believe both the Ds and the Rs are all mostly worthless criminals and traitors. I hate what our federal and state governments have become. Yes, I did vote for Bush 2 times but what choice did any of us really have after the primaries are done? I think you and I are much more aligned than you may think as it relates to opinion of our out of control and illegal government. I'm also believe the federal government has conspired and will continue to conspire against the people of this country. However,I don't accept conspiracies easy and I need to see a lot of facts to be convinced. I accept that thresholds of facts are different for everyone. I also leave nothing off the table, when it comes to the actions our government is willing to take to maintain control over us and to support political opposition. I'm always open in this area.

i know that if we had not stayed in Germany and the rest of Europe..the russians would have control of it all right now. i know that if we were not in Korea..the north with the aid of China would have all of that country right now. I know that if we had not stayed to help Isreal and others in the middle east all those counties would be under the control of russia probably definately all would have Sharia Law and the Moslems would have reached farther into the European Continet than they have. Isreal would have been obliterated.

so the way i see it is that we have done a lot of good and we have saved untold millions from firing squads. i wish we did not have to be there but sometimes its best to keep the wolves from entering the barn...stop them when they cross the first fence into the pasture.

the lessons learned from the treaty of versilles ending wwii and punishing the enemy germany taught us that we just can not defeat and destroy and then leave...the wounds will fester the hatreds will grow untill there comes a time they are strong enough to take revenge.

correct the previous post to refer to the treaty ending world war I which punished and exacted ours and all others revenge for starting the war against germany.

it is an impportant note that Germany never considered itself as defeated in world war I.

it always pointed those that said so to the fact that it was an Armistice not a surrender because of defeat. it is very important that all understand that this single reason led the Allies to demand UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER OF ALL AXIS POWERS in the next War..World War II. They wanted all, both the soldiers and the civilians, in their countries to KNOW that they were totaly defeated and leave no doubt and hopefully no hope of rekindling the fires of war. the deveastation and the sheer magnitude of deaths of all nations in Europe and Asia left no doubt as to that fact in the minds of 98% of all persons involved.

I believe that either party in power has its strings pulled by the same puppet master. I also believe its all about control of the worlds wealth and who controls it. These very same people would like to control the world population also. Morality means absolutely nothing to them.
They prefer to have their identities remain secret for fear of their lives.
They are in a secret society and have been for several thousand years.
Yes I know it sounds crazy. Yes and ridiculous too.

Well Fellas, I dont think Clinton wudda conspired to crash planes into the world trade center and i dont think "W" did either. Now if he did, maybe he just did it so he could get the patriot act passed so he could pass that on to Obama(cause he knew he was gonna win) to really screw us up and put us all in concentration camps. I think some of you give these politicans too much credit. They merely want power and to steer this country where they think it should go. Some are really greedy and some just want to advance their agendas. I have always felt that to become a presidential candidate you have to sell your soul to the point that you dont even know what you really stand for. I trust a candidate that has money before i'd trust one that wants it/ needs it.
I believe there are powers that be that control a lot of things in this world, but it aint politicians! The real power houses wouldnt touch an elected position with a ten foot pole. They just pull the strings, remember The Godfather movie Icon with the puppet on the strings.

so many say the gwb was a babbling nincompoop with an iq of less than 30.

yet he was able to pull off the greatest deception the world has ever known 911. yes sir quite a man and a real smart bunch working for him. preliminary explosions timed just right to start the fall after the planes hit. with some dedicated ollie north types to fly the planes... or were they remote controlled. destruction of adjoining buildings that were not touched by the falling trade towers. yes sir maybe he was a "SAVANT" yep thats it. a "SAVANT" dumb as a rock except that one ability to be a genius in pulling off the destruction of the world trade center towers all while reading a childrens book in florida.

note: now you know why he was reading a childrens book..he did not have the iq of a frog. yep a brilliant plan it was.

I have never to my knowledge said bush was a nincompoop or the like. I have said and still say he is a traitor and a puppet.

I also never said he was the master mind but he knew damn well what was going to happen.

Your use of sarcasm to down play the probability of the last administration knowing that 911 was going to happen proves that you don’t give a crap about this country or those that lost because of 911.

There was a pretty good special on NBC last night that did a pretty good job of making the conspiracy theories look stupid.

They showed the first plane hitting the first tower.

If anyone has any real evidence that President Bush and Vice President Cheney are not patriots and would have anything at all to gain from being a part of the conspiracy--bring it on.

Has anyone ever studied the process of "scrambling" fighters? I worked with a forward air controller that called in air strikes for a living, and we hunted a lot together years ago. If you consider the mechanical, electronical, channel of authority, and logistics then even 2 hours is not bad time. Even more in a non-combat/non-threat zone. True, the "Coast to Coast" stories are entertaining but that all it is, entertainment. I find it amazing we have all this "valuable information" but no resources to back-review against. At this point in time, it is internet opinion, nothing more than reader interpretation of words, etc. And as magooch said, if you have something solid and can be verified as authentic then please present it.....Clinton could not hide an affair with an intern, but Bush can hide 9-11 from the public? I say, Negative!!!

These are feeble attempts to make "W" and that administration look worse than they did! Athough no one was whining about any of this at the time, everybody was behind the effort to retaliate for the attack. The Opposing party could not even make this accusation, but wait maybe they were in on it Too! Bla Bla Bla!

Had the Clinton news network and the leftist press had any clue that there was some sort of conspiracy, not evidence mind you just a clue, There would have been a rumble through the media that no one would have missed or been able to cover up! I also saw that TV special about the conspiracy and how they debunked the whole 9-11 conspiracy idea. For me, there's just too much to support no conspiracy then there is too support a conspiracy. Having said this, do I think some in our government may have looked the other way while the 9-11 plan was forming by the terrorists, YES. Do I think that Bush was one of them, No. Do I think Bush used the 9-11 incident as justification to go into Iraq, YES. Do I think our government falsified information to buttress the justification for going into Iraq, YES.

Maybe the arguments for going after Saddam weren't totally correct and maybe they were. I don't think we'll ever really know. What matters is that that scumbag and his two sons--who by the way were probably much worse than Saddam himself--are not going to cause us anymore problems. And anyone who thinks that they wouldn't be causing us a huge problem if they were still running Iraq is dreaming.

If we had to fight al Qaeda on the ground, I think what's going on in Afghanistan right now proves that it was better to do it in Iraq. I don't expect many to agree with that and I for sure don't believe in grunt warfare, but I didn't get any say in it. I think I've made it clear that our wars should be faught with the most efficient tools we have--including nukes. That's why I said nuke em, long before the second Iraq war got started.

Redtail sir, first thanks for your sacrifice! I had my moment with an IED outside Haditha few years ago. But we did that so there'll be folk who have the freedom not to, and if they choose to use that time chasing bright shiny objects instead, then awesome. At least they can do so w/o fear.
