Can you get new Mag. Springs anywhere?

Does anyone know where to get new magazine springs? I don't see the point in replacing the whole mag when everything works but the spring. I have a Ruger P95 DC and 5 mags that all have weak springs. Thank's.

reconnley,
Ruger has your mag springs for .75 each. Factory springs may be your only option.
