Dom if you buy in the country there is no zoning you can do what you want build what you want.
Just do not buy where there are deed restrictions.

First thing ya know ol' Dom's a millionair,

Kinfolk said "Dom move away from there!"

They said "Californy is the place ya otta be."

So he loaded up the truck and he moved to Beverly.....

Dom, did you know you can 'open carry' unloaded cannons here?

Dom,   If you are paying more than $350 per month rent, come out to Colorado.  Clean air, an ave. of 340 sunny days per year, beautiful snow covered mountains, but only 14 days per year of any snow on the highways and more empty small industry spaces with your power requirements than you can shake a stick at.  Used machinery at depression prices abound.  Mike and I even saw an antique lathe large enough to turn an average size car, made by Fitchburg of Mass. and dated 1867!  An extra bonus, of course, is having friendly cannon makers and a bronze foundry guy nearby!  Lots of industrial zoning in the burbs, Dom and 5 major steel suppliers nearby.

Think about it,

Mike and Tracy
