lgm270, Over the years I've picked up a few firearms that interested me and I felt I had a "need" for. Without really relizing it, I've also gotten somewhat of a 35 collection, without actually doing it on purpose. But I've always felt they did what they were suppose to do, without exception, and to hell with what the experts say about the 35 never becoming the darling of the american hunters.
A 1894C/357mag, 336SC/35Rem, 1895 Win/35Whelen (had that one built for me), Rem 673 guide gun/
350 Rem mag, and a BRNO 602/358STA. I always wanted to play with a 358 Win, but when Rem. came out with the guide gun in 350, it pretty much took it's place. But, I do have a tang safety ruger in 243, that would make a good 358Win.
I'd like to add that the 358 Norma, and the wildcat, 35-338Win mag would be a ballistic equivalent of the 35 G&H, 250 gr. bullet at 27-2800fps. CRASH87
