When do you start on coyotes

When do you start on coyotes?  (When are they prime enough)  Here in Kansas furharvester season starts Nov. 11.  It has been warm, and I don't know how they will be then.

we live pretty close. I'm not going to start until the week of the 24th of november. I'm doing a little adc work for a guy that is having coyotes eating his goats. I can tell you from what i've seen with them it's going to be awhile. :(
