243 to 30-30

My son has a Handi in 243w with a 3x9 scope. It has the Monte Carlo stock. He wants an extra barrel in 30-30 with peep sights. I have looked at the HR catalog and website and the Williams gun sight web site and am a bit confused as to the best way to get what he wants. Thanks in advance for the help.

I can use the Williams WGRS with a monte carlo stock with no problems, it sits fairly high compared to the sight plain of a shotgun barrel, but others may not be able to, just depends on his anatomy, see Peep and Firesights in the FAQs for the WGRS and other peep sights. You may need to change the front sight for use with a peep, shoot it first tho. ;)
