I don't know if anybody does with a factory rifle, not that I have seen.  If you are looking for that, why not just go with a 7 ultra mag?  You have a few options then, more component availability.

Brass is not a problem.  I have a life time supply.   Will the custom shops At say Remington or Ruger Chamber one?

I think rem. still chambers it. The custome shops are a bit spendy.
All the rifle smiths should have a reamer. If you have a action the job is easy.
P.S. The 7stw will not fit in a standerd Ruger, Only ther african rifle.

It's one of my more popular rechamberings, from 7mm Rem Mag. I get a few in each month to re-do. If you have a worn out 7 Rem Mag, it'll let it live a little longer. Of course after you rechamber it, the STW will REALLY wear out that barrel in a hurry.
