Marlin 20ga. Shotgun

My wife and I was visiting our daughter in Mississippi durning the Thanksgiving holiday.  On Friday I made my rounds at the local pawn shops and saw a 20ga. shotgun.  The only markings was "The Marlin Firearms Company".  It was to me an H&R or NEF. Price wasn't too bad and the clerk said all prices could be reduced.  The next time out if it is still there I think I have my daughter to get it for me for my Christmas present.  Does anyone own one of these or has anyone seen one?

H&R made them for Kmart to sell, it should have a KN serial number prefix, Marlin 200 model number maybe?
